Announcing Zoe Soul Spa … a place that supports women on their journey to find balance and abundance in the working world.
Being a woman and having it all isn’t easy. How does the modern woman balance a family, a career and a few precious moments of personal serenity? That was the question that drove the gals behind Zoe Soul Spa to create a nurturing and encouraging site for women. The name Zoe, meaning “abundant life”, and the term “Soul Spa”, meaning “a place to renew your soul”, set the tone for this site, a place for women to take a breath, get rejuvenated, learn how to be successful in all aspects of their life and take a moment for themselves.
The founders, Jennafer Martin and Tara Schofield, are working women who are as passionate about profits and performance as they are about spirituality and wholeness. Integrating and balancing these two passions have been their mission for over a decade — and Zoe Soul Spa is the culmination of this mission.
With topics based on authors and pioneers in business, spirituality and everywhere in between, Jennafer and Tara thoughtfully craft their messages to address the struggles women face. They share successful ways to enrich souls–instead of selling them–to live life abundantly and in balance. With new inspiring messages posted each week, Tara and Jennafer are hoping not just to encourage and speak to women, but to open a dialogue with them, building a strong, supportive community through Zoe Soul Spa.
About the Founders
Jennafer has found a great deal of success and personal fulfillment integrating spiritual traditions with business practices. Utilizing meditation and aromatherapy practices helps her find balance during her demanding days and she’s found her intuition to be one of her greatest assets in coaching and mentoring fellow team members.
Tara understands the stress of juggling family, work and community responsibilities, all the while maintaining a sense of humor. She shares insightful and useful methods for being a professional success without losing the personal “you”. Her focus is on helping her clients achieve greater success while reaching goals faster and easier than ever.
Tara is an engaging, energetic and empathetic speaker. She brings her enthusiasm for life to every message, instilling hope and encouraging her audience. She teaches others how to light the fire within and wash away fear and self-doubt, helping her listeners to transform their thinking – to realize they can do anything they want to do and enjoy the journey. Tara challenges others to dream big dreams… and then make them happen! Her witty insights and powerful messages change lives.
Tara’s heart is in her teaching. “I love seeing women step out of their comfort zones and reach amazing heights. Jennafer’s knack for getting straight to the heart of the matter and easily helping others identifying ways to improve make her a strong intuitive counselor. Jennafer believes a big factor for success is the ability to connect to others. “As innately connective as women are, it’s easy to lose that connection to others, to yourself and to a force bigger than you in the midst of our busy lives. Helping women not only discover but harness the power of that connectiveness – which is the essence of spirituality – is incredibly empowering for them and rewarding for me.”
In addition to her ability to help others connect, Jennafer has spent ten plus years in publishing. During that time, Jennafer has improved the profitability of the publications she worked on while simultaneously improving the efficiency and productivity of the teams she led. Utilizing her training as a Myers-Briggs type indicator practitioner as well as her creativity and insights, she’s able to quickly discern roadblocks and turn them into stepping stones to success. Jennafer believes that work should be a product of passion, developing people rather than draining them, and that focused, talented people are the greatest resources for business success.
